Solution X-fix Recall Registration
Please register for the Solution X-fix Recall by completing the form below. This
information will be used to mail you a replacement warning label and Owner's Manual
for your Solution X-fix, as well as instructions for applying the new label.
If you have previously registered your Solution X-fix either online or by mail,
you do not need to re-register for the replacement label and Owner's Manual as they
will be sent out automatically to the address under which you registered.
