Please use the form below to request your free replacement carrier for the recalled
CYBEX 2.GO carrier.
Once you have registered, we will send you a letter and postage paid envelope. The
letter will ask you to cut off the slider buckles on the shoulder straps of your
current 2.GO carrier and return them in the envelope.
As soon as we recieve your buckles, we will send you a brand new
CYBEX 2.GO replacement carrier.
