I purchased my phil&teds product from eBay or a garage sale, am I eligible for a warranty?
No. Only new purchases from a Regal Lager Authorized Dealer appearing on this site are eligible for warranty. The purchase of any Regal Lager brands from a non authorized dealer voids all product warranties.

BUGGY
Can I use my e3 double kit on my sport buggy (or vice versa)?
We do not recommend that you use a e3 double kit on a sport buggy, or a sport double kit on an e3 buggy as these combinations have not been tested by phil & teds.

Can a travel system be used when the buggy is set up for two children?
No, the buggy must be set up in a single newborn position.

What are the maximum weight limits in the various positions?
• Single buggy: (Toddler or Newborn) 55 lbs
• Double: (Toddler-Newborn) 55 lbs in the front seat (toddler), no maximum weight limit on newborn position (designed for up to a 6 month old)
•Double: (Toddler-Toddler) 55 lbs in the front seat, 33 lbs in the rear seat.

What is the recommended psi for my tires?
We recommend inflating the tires on your buggy to no more than 22 psi, as stated in the instruction manual. The number stamped on the sidewall of the tire, 35 psi, is the MAXIMUM pressure & should not be used.

Where can I purchase spare tubes or tires for my buggy?
These are generic sized parts (12.5”) & are available through any good bike store.

I have a problem with my buggy how do I get it resolved?
Your first step is to contact your original place of purchase. The retailer has a great knowledge of our products & will be able to arrange a repair/replacement part where necessary.

If the product fails in the first year of ownership due to a manufacturing fault we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair it we will replace it.
If the product fails due to wear & tear, accident or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge.

Please note as outlined in your instruction booklet the customer is responsible for freight charges if the product is required to be sent to our repair agent.

Is the buggy suitable for a newborn?
Yes it is. The newborn bed lies completely flat, which is the recommended position for an infant.

Can I attach my car seat to the e3?
Yes, with the use of our Travel System. This system will work with Britax®, Graco® & Evenflo®.

Can I run with your buggy?
Occasionally yes, however the buggy has not been designed as a full-time jogger.

How do I clean my buggy?
• Fabric
The fabric is backed with a waterproof coating. Brush off dirt. More intense cleaning can be done by hand, in warm water, using a mild natural soap. Rinse out soap. Do not use detergents or bleach. Air dry. The fabric is fade resistant, but not fade proof; exposure to direct sunlight can fade the fabric.

• Frame care & cleaning
We recommend that dirt is brushed off the frame & wheels regularly. Clean with a non-abrasive household cleaner & soft cloth. Wash sand & salt from your phil & teds buggy after exposure to salt water. Always dry off a wet frame.
