Warranties and Returns
We stand by our products and want to help you with any problems. If your product
suffers from a defect covered under warranty, you can return it to us for repair
or replacement. Please contact a Customer Care Specialist to assist you.
Our Limited Warranty
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for:
3 months: Bambino Mio®*
6 months: Dekor®
12 months: Lascal®
24 months: Cybex®
New Products:
- Valid from original date of purchase
- Non-transferable
- Covers product under normal use
- Misuse or normal
wear and tear is not covered
- Must be purchased from an authorized dealer
Replacement or Repaired Products:
- Covered under original warranty
- Valid from original date of purchase
- Must be purchased from an authorized dealer
*Bambino Mio products are warrantied to be free of manufacturer's defects for a period
of 3 months. However, we cannot take returns on used or opened Bambino Mio products. Please
contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.
Authorized Dealers:
Only a Regal Lager Authorized Dealer appearing on this site may sell Regal Lager
brands on the Internet. The Regal Lager Authorized Dealer must own the website.
Sales outside the U.S. are prohibited, except for Cybex, Dekor®, and Lascal®
brands, which may be sold in Canada.
Purchase of any Regal Lager brands from a NON AUTHORIZED dealer voids all product
warranties. Sales on third party websites, such as eBay®, are strictly prohibited.
